BACKGROUND CHECK CONSENT INFORMATION AND CONSENT FORM

BRANCH OFFICE LICENSE APPLICATION – This form is used when a company wishes to operate a separate branch of the main office.

BROKER TRANSFER APPLICATION – This form is used when an agent transfers from one broker to another.

BROKER REACTIVATION FORM – This form is used when a Broker is reactivating his/her license.

BUSINESS ADDRESS CHANGE FORM – This form is used to properly change your company/business address with our office.

CERTIFICATE OF LICENSURE – This form is to be used by REAL ESTATE licensees only.

CO-OP AGREEMENT – Revised co-op agreement with non-resident principal broker.

BROKERAGE FIRM APPLICATION – This form is used when a broker wishes to open a brokerage firm license.

DUAL AGENCY CONFIRMATION FORM – To be attached to all offers and contracts in dual agency situations.

MREC CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSE APPLICATION – This application must be completed and returned to the MREC for continuing education course approval/renewal.

MREC EDUCATION PROVIDER LIST – Current list of real estate Pre- and Post- Licensing education providers.

MREC INACTIVE STATUS ADDRESS FORM – To be used when any licensee is placing their license on “inactive” status.

MREC POST-LICENSING COURSE APPLICATION – Application for education providers seeking post-licensing course approval.

NON-RESIDENT OR RECIPROCAL BROKER’S LICENSE APPLICATION – This application must be completed and returned to MREC to request licensure in Mississippi.

NON-RESIDENT OR RECIPROCAL SALESPERSON’S APPLICATION – This application is for salespersons wishing to obtain licensure in Mississippi.

RESIDENT BROKER’S APPLICATION – This application is for a Mississippi resident wishing to apply for a real estate Brokers license.

RESIDENT SALESPERSON APPLICATION – Application to apply for a Resident Salesperson real estate license.

RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS CHANGE FORM – Please notify the MREC by completing this form if you have any changes to your personal information. NO fee is required to change your PERSONAL information.

SALESPERSON TRANSFER APPLICATION – This form is used when a salesperson transfers to another responsible broker.

SALESPERSON REACTIVATION FORM – This form is used when a Salesperson is reactivating his/her license.

STUDY GUIDES – Please submit this form along with your payment to purchase study guide materials for the Real Estate exams.

SWORN STATEMENT / COMPLAINT FORM – This is the OFFICIAL form for filing a complaint with the MREC.
