COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course covers real estate information and issues that are important to the success of a first year real estate professional. It is designed to provide the adult learner with an in-depth knowledge of real estate concepts such as agency, contracts, antitrust issues, agency relationships, prospecting, negotiations, environmental hazards, property condition disclosure, inspections and time life management.

In the post-license course for salesperson licensees, the coursework shall be in the following subjects:

  • Agency Relationships and Antitrust
  • Contracts and Earnest Money
  • Fair Housing and Ethics
  • Property Condition Disclosure
  • Prospecting
  • Pricing and Property Marketing
  • Negotiations
  • Home Inspections
  • Time Life Management
